24‑Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

To respect our trainers’ time and limited session availability, any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged the full session rate. Payment is required before scheduled session.

If an athlete does not attend their scheduled session and no notice is given, the session is considered a no‑show, and the full session fee will be charged.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance incur no charge.

 

 

Why This Policy Exists

​

Our trainers reserve gym time and prepare individualized workouts for each athlete. Late cancellations leave openings that are difficult to fill, so this policy helps us keep sessions consistent, fair, and high‑quality for all families.
